Surpassing our 2026 emissions goal two years ahead of schedule

At Cordstrap, we’re proud to announce a major milestone in our sustainability journey: an 85% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from our 2021 baseline, achieved two years ahead of our 2026 target.

This achievement reflects our belief that sustainability is not just about environmental performance or responding to climate and nature crises. It is about much more than that. It’s rooted in our purpose, a passion to protect people, products, and places and that purpose continues to shape the way we operate and innovate. It also plays a key role in helping our customers meet their own broad sustainability goals.

In 2024, our total emissions across three main facilities were just 1,284 tCO₂e – a 22% reduction from the previous year. Our Oostrum facility now operates with zero Scope 2 emissions, powered entirely by renewable electricity. Strategic solar investments in Oostrum and Dubai helped avoid 560 tonnes of CO₂e, demonstrating the tangible benefits of proactive decision-making.

This progress is more than an environmental win – it is an example of resilient, responsible growth in action. By embedding sustainability into our long-term strategy, we’re improving performance, supporting compliance, and reinforcing the value we bring to global supply chains.
