Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take on a high-impact role at a dynamic manufacturing site?

Cordstrap is looking for a driven Plant Manager to lead our Istanbul facility. This is a pivotal role where you’ll oversee all aspects of site operations – production, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and health & safety - with a strong focus on performance, people, and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead a team of approximately 100, and work closely with international stakeholders to:

• Elevate safety standards and embed a strong safety culture.
• Improve planning discipline and material flow through the plant.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and execution.
• Build team capabilities and operational maturity.
• Drive productivity and quality across key processes.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has solid experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Leads with clarity, structure, and a people-first mindset.
• Can navigate complexity and create alignment in a changing environment.
