You create your own successful Inside Sales Team! And implement the new customer-oriented approach of Cordstrap in the team's work. By setting ambitious targets it is your goal to realize significant growth. And contributing to the ambition of the organization.

Cordstrap wants to build on their strategy to be more customer focussed and is looking for YOU to further develop the inside sales team. You will be guiding a team of 9 Inside Sales Representatives. Thanks to the international nature of Cordstrap you will be dealing with customers from the Benelux, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Poland.

You strive for success! Therefore a highly motivated team is crucial. You provide them with tools they need. Coach and guide them and analyze their performances. You possess a strong commercial mindset and communication skills.

Creativity helps you to develop new action plans. You like an entrepreneurial environment and readily understand the added value you can provide customers. Keeping the world's cargo safe!

In this newly created role you will report to Marcel van der Weiden, Manager Customer Success Europe.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 3-5 years experience in a leading Inside Sales role
  • Bachelors degree / level of experience
  • Knowledge of CRM / ERP platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Perfect knowledge of the English language, verbally and in writing
  • You are open, flexible, proactive and feel a sense of urgency
  • You like to work solution oriented and have an understanding of logistical processes
